Abstract
The Five Percenter Nation apparently is a well-organized group, heavily involved in drug trafficking and other criminal activity. According to this report, Five Percenters cannot necessarily be identified by their clothing, although in some areas, gang members do conform to certain identifying symbols. Five Percenters have access to many types of weapons, including automatic and semiautomatic guns. Evidence gathered through various investigations suggests that the Five Percenter Nation is a significant force in prisons, where it recruits members. This report describes the group's "universal flag," codes and ciphers, and alphabet.
