Abstract
The materials presented here span many of the statutory, policy, programmatic, and procedural issues judicial system officials have had to address. The first section of the report summarizes drug court survey responses from 17 municipal, district, superior, and circuit courts relating to court-supervised treatment intervention program operations. The two summary charts included here outline characteristics of 17 court-supervised treatment intervention programs and present comparative information related to urinalysis procedures and costs. The final section consists of sample operational materials arranged by category and by State or program, including, inter alia, program descriptions; court pleading, orders, and rules; statutes and rules, interagency agreements; participant information; forms relating to internal case intake, management, and monitoring; judicial and staff training; and program evaluation.
