The 1992-1993 annual report on the Rhode Island judiciary describes the unified court structure and court programs and services and reports on activities of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, Superior Court, Family Court, District Court, Workers' Compensation Court, and Administrative Adjudication Court.
Abstract
The report contains information on the judicial budget, the Victim Advocacy Program, the Crime Victim Compensation Program, and the State Court Victim Service Unit. Activities and caseloads of the Supreme Court are noted, including the Ethics Reform Commission and the Domestic Violence Task Force. Caseload summaries are also provided for other Rhode Island courts. Activities of the Family Court are discussed that focus on alternative dispute resolution, restitution, juvenile services, child support, and family services.
