Abstract
Individual sections focus on the State system of criminal information; the scope of authority to collect, process, and preserve criminal justice information; procedures to ensure the accuracy of criminal history records; inspections or transfers of records; and challenges and corrections to records. Additional sections discuss the dissemination of public criminal justice information, the dissemination of confidential criminal justice information, the dissemination of copied or inspected records, criminal justice information system security, and the rights of citizens to inspect and copy other public records
