Individual sections examine contemporary leadership styles and the people who developed them and provides techniques that everyone can use to develop their own leadership skills. A section on personal leadership focuses the importance of self- improvement, discusses the concept of servant leadership and the role of the leader as visionary, and compares the reform and new styles of leadership.
