This article discusses the regulation of sexual harassment in member countries of the European Union.
Abstract
The author has studied the recommendations of different bodies of the EU in regard to the problem of sexual harassment and gender discrimination, as well as approaches taken by other countries to the issue. Special attention is paid here to the problem of sexual harassment within European police forces, and possible solutions.
