The first volume contains an executive summary of Statewide caseload and expenditure and revenue totals, as well as annual caseload reports of the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Tax Court. The tables in Volume II present statistics on case filings, dispositions, and fiscal data on expenditures and revenues for each court in the State. Finally, the third volume is comprised of information which further defines the caseload statistics and reflects the method of case disposition followed by each court.
