The interface between racism and sexism needs to be examined in terms of power and how power is manifested in gender sexual harassment, seductive behavior, sexual bribery, sexual coercion, and sexual assault. The author contends that sexual harassment incidence rates among women of color needs to be carefully assessed since these women may be particularly vulnerable to victimization. Women of color may be vulnerable to sexual harassment due to economic factors and also because they have certain images and perceptions that increase their vulnerability. Bicultural research is needed to conceptualize the influence and interaction of different cultures, to understand ethnic minority groups on their own terms, and to study within-group variations and individual differences. A research model is suggested to explore sexual harassment among women of color. 19 references
