Crisis management is the rational, professional handling of extraordinary situations and is one of the most important leadership tasks in the field of civil defense.
Abstract
Crisis management does not focus only on catastrophes. Operational onsite rescue management has many distinctive aspects, which reveal the differences from management in more ordinary situations.
