This volume tells the life stories of six serial murderers in terms of their childhoods and families, their murders, their captures, and the pivotal points in their lives with respect to astrological charts.
Abstract
The murderers include Jeffrey Dahmer, who murdered 17 people between 1987 and 1991; Dennis Nilsen, who murdered 15 people in England; John Wayne Gacy, who murdered 33 people; Ed Gein, who was involved in the murders or grave robbing of 15 people; Albert DeSalvo, the Boston Strangler; and Angelo Buono and Kenneth Bianchi, the Hillside Stranglers. The discussion focuses on whether some people are destined to become murderers from the moment of their births, whether astrology can explain the timing of the murders, how they select their victims, and whether astrology can prevent murders. It concludes that an experienced astrologer should be able to select from 10 to 12 random astrological charts at least three having the most potential for violence or instability, although this process deals only with probabilities and is not the same as criminality prediction.
