Abstract
This report provided workshop outlines, presentations, and support material. The workshops focused on 19 theme tracks covering intervention, prevention, and training for victims, victim survivors, and victim advocates. The 19 tracks included: (1) counseling and advocacy; (2) program management; (3) law enforcement and victim services; (4) prosecution and victim assistance; (5) courts and corrections; (6) mental health and victim services; (7) OVC listens: forming partnerships for the 21st Century; (8) legislation and litigation; (9) diversity and victim services; (10) community crisis response; (11) international victim assistance; (12) violence prevention; (13) skills development; (14) services for children and the elderly; (15) violence against women; (16) survivors of homicide and drunk driving; (17) Federal victim assistance issues; (18) expanding the reach of services; and (19) training programs in victim assistance.
