By developing a bomb incident plan and considering possible bomb incidents in a physical security plan, organizations and individuals can reduce the potential for personal injury and property damage. Preparation for coping with a bomb incident involves preparation of two separate but interdependent plans. The physical security plan provides for the protection of property, personnel, facilities, and material against unauthorized entry, trespass, damage, sabotage, or other illegal or criminal acts.
