It is noted here that in France intelligence is presently conducted in an uncoordinated manner as a result of working methods learned as a part of past work experience and governed by access to technological tools and specific skills. In other words, while the idea that police have about what is "quality" information limits the supply of data, collaboration by means of technology sharing, via the Internet, as an example, was found to reverse this negative trend and work to increase the supply of quality data.
