Hope shapes the future, and influence shapes the thoughts and behaviors of those around you. Joy lifts the spirits of others and fuels morale. Kindness creates and strengthens the bond of trust, and learning is the key to growth and change. Motivation brings constructive change, and "nipping" potentially damaging trends in the bud can prevent problems from escalating.
