Abstract
Produced by the Correctional Education Association (CEA), the CEA Directory is published annually providing correctional educators with comprehensive and up-to-date information pertinent to the field of corrections. The Directory is viewed as an invaluable tool containing a variety of functional information. Listed in the 2004 edition of the directory is the CEA Executive Board, National Office staff, State Chapter presidents, CEA regions, CEA editors, special interest groups, Standard Commission members, professional training information, Correctional Education Association administrators, Federal resource personnel, libraries, institutional and corporate memberships, and a membership list. Many States and provinces have formed chapters in the CEA and the States and provinces are divided into nine regions. Special interests include, but are not limited to community corrections, international, juvenile justice, legislative, prison arts, research, evaluation, and training, and vocational education. Established under the CEA, the Standards for Adult and Juvenile Correctional Education Programs establishes minimum criteria which correctional education organizations may use to plan and implement education programs in correctional rehabilitative settings.
