This report presents notifications concerning relevant articles of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime. In addition, declarations and reservations were presented which were received by the Secretary General in connection with the Convention and the Protocols. The report begins with notifications relevant to articles in the areas of: (1) United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime; (2) Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air; and (3) Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition. Declarations are presented in the areas of: (1) United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime; (2) Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children; (3) Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air; and (4) Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition. Reservations are presented in the areas of: (1) United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime; (2) Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children; (3) Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air; and (4) Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition.
