The Statistical Analysis Centers, or SACs, are State agencies that collect, analyze, and disseminate justice data. These reports cover a broad range of criminal justice topics and analytical approaches to criminal justice data at the State level. Digest entries are arranged alphabetically by State under topic areas. The abstracts are presented under the following categories: corrections, courts, crime statistics, domestic violence, drugs, female offenders, firearms, homicide, information systems, juvenile justice, law enforcement, miscellaneous, rape/sexual assault, sex offenders, victims/victimization, and violent crime/offenders. Accompanying each abstract is the title of the publication, the author or authors, the publication data, and the number of pages.
