Data on length of stay for releases are presented by category of admission, special sentence, offense for new admission, offense for readmission, and by offense for inmates under special sentences. Data also address releases by type of release and sentencing authority. Release data for the last five fiscal years cover average length of stay of releases by category of admission, sentencing authority, and sex.
