Abstract
Every agency’s goal when shopping for speed control unit is to find a product that is effective, efficient, and safe to use on the streets. Radar speed displays have become the technology of choice for a growing number of law enforcement agencies looking to slow traffic. A number of factors have led to the adoption of radar speed displays, from a growing base of statistical findings that prove their effectiveness, to advancements in the technology itself. However, as features, designs, and technologies evolve, so do the disparities between various styles and models.
