This comprehensive report for the NDCS is divided into 10 sections. The first three sections are directed towards activities and accomplishments in the areas of annual costs for fiscal year 2007, employee awards, administrative support and services, programs and community service, and institutions. The remaining seven sections focus on an extensive statistical summary of the inmate population, admissions, releases, community corrections, parole, and recidivism. Inmate population data includes information specific to males, females, and parolees. Admission data is presented on new, revocation, new sentenced and revocation admissions, evaluators/safekeepers, and Work Ethic Camp (WEC) admissions. In reference to release data, information is provided in the areas of institutional, evaluators and safekeepers, and the work ethic camp. The last three sections of the statistical summary cover community corrections, parole admissions, releases, and revocation and recidivism report. Tables
