IN GIVING TESTIMONY THE OFFICER SHOULD SIMPLY TELL WHAT HE SAW OR FOUND OUT. ELEMENTS OF PRESENTING FACTS AND CONDUCT UNDER CROSSEXAMINATION ARE EXPLAINED.
