THE EFFORT IS BEING UNDERTAKEN BY THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND THE MITRE CORPORATION AS PART OF A NATION-WIDE EVALUATION OF THE HIGH IMPACT ANTI-CRIME PROGRAM PRESENTLY IN OPERATION.
