Abstract
THIS ARTICLE BRIEFLY DISCUSSES EACH OF THE REFORMS CORRECTIONAL OMBUDSMEN, A BILL OF RIGHTS FOR JUVENILES, ROOM CONFINEMENT REGULATIONS, A MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD, LEGAL EDUCATION FOR DELINQUENTS, THE CONCEPT OF LITIGATION DIVERSION, AND FAIR HEARING TEAMS FOR THE FAMILY COURTS - AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE CHANGING NATURE OF THE STATE'S JUVENILE INSTITUTIONS.
