Abstract
THIS STUDY WAS PART OF AN LEAA REVIEW OF ITS PROCEDURES FOR PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND GRANT REVIEW. THE GRANT REVIEW PROCEDURES OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH, THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION, THE POLICE FOUNDATION, AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ARE DESCRIBED.
