Abstract
CAB DRIVERS, MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, CB'ERS (CITIZEN BAND RADIO OPERATORS), AND RADIO-TELEPHONE OPERATORS FORM THE COMMUNITY RADIO WATCH. EACH PARTICIPANT IS BRIEFED ON PROCEDURES, PRESENTED WITH A LOGO DECAL, AND INVITED TO MONTHLY MEETINGS.
