Abstract
THE NATURE AND REQUIREMENTS OF DUE PROCESS, PARTICULARLY IN A CORRECTIONAL CONTEXT, ARE ANALYZED AND APPLIED TO SPECIFIC PRACTICES IN JUVENILE CORRECTIONS THAT REQUIRE DUE PROCESS SAFEGUARDS TO PROTECT INDIVIDUAL LIBERTIES. RELEVANT CASE LAW IS INCLUDED IN THE ANALYSIS.
