Abstract
THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE CHILDREN'S COURT IS SET FORTH BRIEFLY AND THE STRUCTURES OF THE CHILDREN'S COURT AND CHILDREN'S CODE ARE REVIEWED. DELINQUENCY AND CHILD IN NEED OF SUPERVISION PROCEEDINGS ARE EXAMINED AS WELL AS PROCEEDINGS TO ADMIT CHILDREN TO MENTAL INSTITUTIONS, TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TRANSFER CUSTODY OF DEPENDENT AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN.
