Abstract
USING THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY 55 COUNTRIES. THIS REPORT REVIEWS THE SITUATION IN EACH OF THEM. STATISTICS ON JUVENILE DELINQUENCY AND DEVIANT BEHAVIOR ARE PRESENTED, AGE LIMITS FOR JUVENILE STATUS ARE DEFINED AND A FIGURE IS GIVEN FOR THE TOTAL JUVENILE POPULATION. THE EVOLUTION AND TRENDS OF THE PROBLEM ARE DESCRIBED AND NEW MEASURES AND METHODS OF PREVENTION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE DISCUSSED.
