Abstract
A MODEL FOR THE FUTURE ANALYSIS OF PRISON SEARCHES IS PROPOSED AND APPLIED TO SEARCH AND SEIZURE PRACTICES COMMONLY EMPLOYED IN THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
