Abstract
THIS STUDY DESCRIBES THE COURTS' USE OF PARAJUDGES IN APPELLATE COURTS AND IN TRIAL COURTS OF GENERAL AND LIMITED JURISDICTION. ALSO DESCRIBED ARE QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPENSATION OF PARAJUDGES. THE STUDY REFLECTS THE DESIGN OF SYSTEMS AND NOT NECESSARILY THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SYSTEMS IN PRACTICE.
