REPORT OFFERS A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF COORDINATING INTERDISCIPLINARY SERVICES TO MAXIMIZE THEIR ADMINISTRATION TO TROUBLE-PRONE YOUNGSTERS.
Abstract
THE PROBLEM WAS MANIFEST IN THE PENDLETON PROJECT WHICH SERVES THE CITIES OF CHESAPEAKE AND VIRGINIA BEACH IN VIRGINIA. EIGHT HUMAN SERVICES AGENCIES ARE REGULAR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROJECT. A NEED, THEREFORE, CLEARLY EXISTED TO MINIMIZE THE PROBLEMS AMONG THE STAFFS, IDENTIFY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THEM, AND ROUTINIZE ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES.
