BECAUSE NORTH CAROLINA SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES ROTATE AMONG JUDICIAL DISTRICTS, THEY OCCUPY MANY DIFFERENT OFFICES AND ARE FACED WITH THE PROBLEM OF USING UNFAMILIAR AND OFTEN UNSYSTEMATIC FILING SYSTEMS.
Abstract
THIS REPORT, DATED AUGUST 1973, DOCUMENTS A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECT DESIGNED TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. THE FILING SYSTEM PROPOSED BY THE CONSULTANTS IS A SIMPLE ALPHABETICAL AND CATEGORICAL ONE.
