Abstract
THE AUTHOR STATES THAT THE MAJOR PROBLEMS FOR GROUP THERAPISTS IN HIS FIELD ARE FORCED TREATMENT OF CLIENTS, WORKING WITH OTHER AGENCIES, AND FUNDING. HOWEVER, HE, THE AUTHOR, USES ILLUSTRATIONS OF ACTUAL ENCOUNTERS AND THERAPY SESSIONS WITH CONVICTS TO SHOW THE BENEFITS OF THERAPY.
