Abstract

NEXT, THERE IS AN OUTLINE OF THE COUNTERATTACK, DETAILING HOW CONSUMERS SHOULD REACT TO A VIOLATION OF THEIR RIGHTS. FOLLOWING THIS, IS A PILOT DESIGN FOR FOLLOWING UP ON THE INITIAL COMPLAINT. INCLUDED IN THIS SECTION IS INFORMATION ON AGENCIES TO CONTACT FOR AID IN OBTAINING COMPENSATION. IN THE FINAL SECTION OF THE BOOK, THE AUTHOR PROVIDES SUGGESTED FORMS FOR PREPARING WRITTEN COMPLAINTS.
