Abstract
THE AUTHOR CONTENDS THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM. AT BEST, THERE IS NATIONAL TERRORISM. THIS UNDERSTANDING ALLOWS FOR A MORE EFFICIENT MANNER OF COMBATTING IT. THE AUTHOR POINTS OUT THAT THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN TERRORIST GROUPS OR THEIR ACTIONS. THE AUTHOR ALSO QUESTIONS THE DEFINITION OF THE WORD TERRORIST AND THE WAY THAT IT IS APPLIED.
