Abstract
THE STEPS INVOLVED THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORIENTATION OF THE PROGRAM, DETERMINING PARTICIPANT NEEDS, WRITING THE PROGRAM OBJECTIVE, AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIES. IMPLEMENTATION AND ASSESSMENT WERE ALSO NECESSARY. CHAPTERS IN THE PAPER EXPLAIN HOW EACH OF THESE STEPS WERE CARRIED OUT.
