Abstract
THE AUTHOR ARGUES THAT LEARNING THEORIES OF BEHAVIOR HAVE TRADITIONALLY IGNORED INDIVIDUAL BIOLOGICAL AND GENETIC INFLUENCES. GLANDULAR, CHEMICAL, AND NEUROLOGICAL PROCESSES ARE SEEN AS CONTRIBUTING TO THE LEARNING OF ANY BEHAVIOR, ESPECIALLY CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
