THE PROJECT IS RATED ON A SEVEN-POINT SCALE IN TERMS OF ACHIEVEMENT OF STATE, AGENCY, AND PROJECT GOALS, AS WELL AS PROJECT DIRECTION, COORDINATION, AND PRODUCTS DELIVERED.
Abstract
THE PROJECT WAS RATED AS BEING ABOVE AVERAGE IN MOST AREAS WITH NO MAJOR INADEQUACIES EXCEPT IN ACHIEVEMENT OF PROJECT GOALS WHERE IT RECEIVED ONLY AN AVERAGE RATING. THE HOME IS A RESIDENTIAL AND POST-RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT EFFORT FOR BOYS ON PROBATION BETWEEN 14 AND 17 YEARS OF AGE. THE HOME WHICH HAS A CAPACITY OF 15 CHILDREN WHO STAY FROM A 6-9 MONTH PERIOD PROVIDES AN ALTERNATIVE TO PLACING YOUTHS IN A SECURE FACILITY WHO CANNOT FUNCTION IN OPEN PROBATION.
