THIS IS THE EVALUATION OF A PROJECT TO COMBAT JUVENILE CRIME IN NEW ORLEANS BY INCREASING MANPOWER IN THE JUVENILE DIVISION BY MEANS OF A SPECIALIZED ENFORCEMENT UNIT AND CREATING INNOVATIVE INVESTIGATORY TECHNIQUES.
Abstract
THIS FINAL EVALUATION REPORT FOCUSES ON PROJECT HISTORY AND EVALUATES ITS FUNCTIONS AS THEY RELATE TO THE JUVENILE CRIME PROBLEM IN NEW ORLEANS. THE FIRST SECTION REVIEWS THE PROJECT BACKGROUND, DESCRIBES THE PROJECT, AND REVIEWS EVALUATION CRITERIA. SECTION TWO DESCRIBES PROGRAMMATIC FUNCTIONS AND ADDRESSES THE PROGRAM IMPACT BY RELATING PROGRAMMATIC FUNCTIONS TO SPECIFIC AREAS OF THE JUVENILE CRIME PROBLEM.
