FIREARMS FALLING UNDER THE NFA INCLUDE MACHINE GUNS, SHORT-BARRELLED SHOTGUNS, WEAPONS MADE FROM SHOTGUNS, SHORT BARRELLED RIFLES, WEAPONS MADE FROM RIFLES, SILENCERS OR MUFFLERS, OR ANY WEAPONS AND DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES. WEAPONS FALLING UNDER THE GUN CONTROL ACT INCLUDE SPORTING RIFLES, SHOTGUNS, AND HANDGUNS. THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES HOMEMADE FIREARMS AND OTHERS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
