Abstract
Materials in an overview section describe the problems of juvenile corrections and the development, costs, and standards of various programs. Networks involving a variety of programs are also included. Separate subject sections cover group homes, foster homes, home detention, and treatment modalities, with descriptions and training guidelines and program evaluations presented for each topic. Arranged alphabetically by author within subject areas, citations also include the publisher, city, date, and number of pages. The documents cited have been selected from the data base of the National Criminal Justice Reference Service and most were published in the 1970's.
