A bibliography of German-language literature to January 1979, on criminal law and legal responsibility (mental competence) in East Germany is presented.
Abstract
Pertinent court decisions, journal articles, and books on criminal liability, including such aspects as alcohol effects and developmental problem influences are listed alphabetically by author. In all, there are 532 entries. The majority of the works date from the 1970's; a few entries were published in the late 1960's. No annotations are provided. A subject index is included. --In German.
