Abstract
The bibliography is prepared for use by judges, probation officers, law enforcement personnel, counsel, and other professional persons involved in the field of delinquency and the law. Titles include articles from professional journals, law reviews, and other publications pertinent to the area of administrative justice for juveniles. Entries are arranged according to subject matter. Subjects include the abused child, adoption, case decisions, confessions, confidentiality of records, courts, and domestic relations. Additional topics focus on custody, double jeopardy, evidence, medical jurisprudence, negligence, parental liability, police procedures, and right to treatment. Within these categories, titles are presented in alphabetical order according to the author's name or case name. Author, title, source of publication, volume number, and date are specified. Most of the approximately 1,600 works were published in the mid-1960's.
