Abstract
It explains the importance of identification checks, procedures to follow if an internal theft plan is discovered, the proper way to perform package searches, and procedures to follow in event of an armed robbery. The program is designed for health care facilities of all types and sizes and for security officers at all levels, including vocational students interested in security as a career. The program also includes a leader's guide and exercises.
