The program teaches security officers about the conditions and objects that create fire hazards, makes them aware of the importance of routine inspections, and gives them basic procedures for controlling fires as well as safety rules. The program includes exercises for participants and a leader's guide, which provides additional training points, learning objectives, and a script.
