Abstract
An opening paper by a municipal judge argues for the elimination of the municipal court system in the State and its absorption into the unified State system. Attention is also given to the nature and activities of the State Bar Board, the Disciplinary Board for the Supreme Court, the Judicial Qualifications Commission, and the Judicial Council.
