In 10 years the dental program in a state prison system has moved from an inadequate, 'dentistry-on-demand' system to an equitable and uniform service of consistently good quality based on the needs and length of incarceration of the individual inmate.
Abstract
The Classification and Priority Treatment Plan, which determines the amount of service the inmate will receive, is discussed. (Author abstract)
