This report provides a statistical summary of the activities of 37 California community service sentence programs for adults, juveniles, and adults and juveniles combined.
Abstract
After presenting the name, address, and telephone number of the contact person for the program, the report presents for each program including start date and source, 1982-83 budget and source, staff positions, insurance carried, fee for service, number of referrals, number of hours worked, total monetary value of work, sources of referral, referral criteria, offenses, client statistics, and the number of agencies served. Client statistics cover age, sex, and employment, with some programs including more information, such as education and ethnicity. Summary data for all programs are provided.
