This annotated bibliography contains 156 citations of articles, books. and reports that deal with mediation in the United States of labor-management disputes in the private and public sectors.
Abstract
Publications on mediators, mediation agencies, and other factors bearing on mediation have been included. Fact-finding and arbitration are referred to only if they were included in discussions of dispute settlement in conjunction with mediation. Citations are in alphabetical order by author, and cover materials published between 1949 and 1976, with an emphasis on those published after 1964.
