The other subcategory includes the number of parole violators, individuals detained under the Baker (mental health) and Meyers (alcoholism) Acts, State inmates, undocumented aliens, and holdings for other jurisdictions. Within the felonies and misdemeanor categories, data are provided for the number of inmates held for trial or sentencing and those detained or sentenced for violation of probation. In addition, statistical data for the incarceration rates for each county, average daily population, the number of overcrowded county detention facilities, and the pretrial inmate levels for each facility are included.
